FIGHTING AGAINST OBAMACARE
Lt. Governor Peter Kinder believes that the new
Health Care legislation has crossed the line on mandating
the purchase of a service. He is entering a lawsuit
against the federal government and he needs your help.
Kinder has tried contacting McCAskill, Nixon and
Koster--to no avail--they won't respond to his letters
or public appeals to tell the citizens how they will
be affected; either through coverage or taxes.

Please help us with this lawsuit.

CENTRAL COMMITTEE APPROVES ANTI-TAX RESOLUTION
Dave Hageman,former Executive Director of
the Missouri House Republican Campaign Committee,
proposed the following Resolution.
The JCRCC, at their regular April 27th meeting the Committee members
approved the Hageman Resolution.
WHEREAS, both our state and our nation are in an economic recession
and Missouri families are struggling everday to make ends meet; and
WHEREAS, just like all Missourians, the state government must live
within its means by eliminating waste and controlling spending; and
WHEREAS, liberals in Jefferson City have proposed job-killing tax
increases on family incomes, small businesses, farms, educational costs
and even everyday grocery items--including tobacco products; and
WHEREAS, each of these tax increase proposals would unduly increase
the tax burden on Missouri families; and
WHEREAS, increasing state taxes will make it harder to attract jobs
to our state and may even drive more jobs out of Missouri;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Republican Central
Committee of Jefferson County call on the state legislature to oppose
any and all proposals that would increase the tax burden on Missouri
families and businesses.
